Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Lianna started her career in real estate when she first moved to Florida becoming licensed at the age of 20 and has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years.  Her career began in managing a rental & property management office for 2 years and then expanded on to becoming a site agent for a custom homebuilder. Lianna then branched out as a buyer's and sellers agent, working with investors and first time homebuyers all over central Florida.  

Her vision to build a brokerage in which focuses on giving back to the client and community is what drove her to open her own boutique brokerage where she manages a team of agents whom all have the same community vision.   

In her free time, Lianna enjoys playing on co-ed softball teams, water activities outdoors, attending local food and wine festivals, and cooking Mediterranean cuisine. Both of her parent's descents are from Italy and Greece, which have influenced her life with great culture, food, and wine since she was little.

Cosme and Danni both met in San Francisco, California and were married in Savannah, Georgia. Danni is a Florida native and Cosme grew up in Chicago. They decided to make the move to Orlando due to the exciting growth of the city.

As soon as they relocated to the area, they dove right into real estate. Danni and Cosme both have direct expertise in operating successful short-term rentals, purchasing, renovation, and renting as they have personally done these things as a team. They enjoy teaching others the different paths of real estate to achieve results.

Paula Dale feels her calling is to serve and help others.   With that, her realtor career started back in 2002....sort of by accident.  Folks kept telling Paula she would make a good realtor, so she got her real estate license, was blessed with a great mentor and so it began! She has been a realtor and buyer’s agent in Central Florida and South Florida since 2002. 

Paula has a special designation of ABR/Accredited Buyers Representative.  Paula loves helping people find that “right fit” in a home, neighborhood and lifestyle.  In addition to specializing as a buyer’s agent, Paula specializes in helping professionals and executives with their relocation.  This includes handling luxury rentals, downtown rentals, Baldwin Park, Lake Nona, and surrounding area rentals.  She has since added listing agent to her resume after seeing that her years of representing buyers made her the perfect fit to be able to list and sell a home.

Maya Valdivia is no novice to the real estate game. Having served the Downtown Orlando market for almost 10 years, she knows the area inside and out. With a degree in Marketing, Maya is an expert at utilizing cutting-edge sales and marketing tactics to maximize the interest in a property. Her second passion is interior design, which Maya developed during her time at UCF.

That design insight helps Maya identify the hidden potential of a property or negotiate a best-offer price based on market conditions and property features.

Prior to partnering with Sotera Living, Maya spent 13 years with Lincoln Property Company  where she took on a leadership role in property management marketing and real estate sales. This experience gave her both the expertise and industry insight needed to help her clients profit from their investments. Ben's real estate journey is rooted in a family legacy, shaped by his father's 50+ years of service as a Broker and Appraiser in Central Florida. Although he initially obtained an appraisal license, Ben eventually directed his expertise exclusively towards sales, leveraging the comprehensive education and meticulous attention to detail acquired during his appraisal years.

In 1995, Ben graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. This marked the beginning of a transformative chapter in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he spent five years running an advertising agency tailored to Real Estate Brokerages.

His background in illustrations and advertising has consistently proven invaluable, ensuring that his listings are accompanied by visually striking and compelling materials. Since obtaining his sales license in 2004, Ben has demonstrated extensive experience as a buyer and seller agent in Orange and Seminole counties, with additional expertise in Lake, Volusia, and Brevard counties.
